Project Bathroom Reno is a small and modern redesign that took place near the Jersey Shore in quaint Absecon, New Jersey. With a complete reconfiguration, we gutted the space to rearrange the lighting and plumbing. The bathtub was also relocated and converted into a walk-in shower for better use of space.

The space-saving two-tier sink was a custom made piece by F&J’s very own Felix Martinez with a kid-friendly step ladder to match. For storage, we used the wall space and created personalized shelving to fit the need of our client and make the most of our limited space.

An Investors upgrade
An Investors Upgrade is packed with all different updates throughout the home. In this three-bedroom rancher the F&J team gutted ninety percent of the interior walls, removed all the doors, kitchen, stripped the floors bare, ripped out the windows and refitted this home with a new and clean design.

From new insulation to a brand-new kitchen, we left no stone un-turned to ensure the next family to move in would be cozy and just ready to turn this house into a home. After removing the rear crumbling sun room, the backyard was dressed with a new deck perfect for a family.
